FP&A Controller

You will be responsible and the driving force behind all activities related to financial planning and analysis for all entities of Inalfa Roof Systems Globally. In addition you will continuous improve and standardize FPA processes. You will report directly to global FP&A Senior Manager and will be in close cooperation with your colleagues from program controlling, operational controlling, accounting and reporting and each region high-level finance management team.What are your main tasks and activities in FP&A Controlling Team? Financial Closing Related ActivitiesTogether with regional management and FP&A team, conducting the Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing review and analysis on global/regional result, including balance sheet and cash flow Fluctuation Analysis which would be the focus in the following years.Driving for transparency, standardization, consistency and compliance to external(IFRS)/internal policies global wise on financial statementsOn time and transparently reporting to global management team and shareholderFinancial Forecast Related ActivitiesMonitoring global financial result by global risk and opportunities tracking and analysis, weekly topline forecast analysis, quarterly forecast cycle review and analysisContinuously improve the quarterly forecast cycle on efficiency, transparency and accuracyFinancial Budgeting Related ActivitiesContinuously improve the budget cycle process on efficiency, transparency and accuracy.Under KPI driven culture, support each function on the KPI drill down/allocationBuild up budget report storyline globally for reporting to SVB/shareholderOther Analysis:Other ad-hoc task such as long term strategic analysis, shareholder required reporting and analysis, special topic related analysis and tracking, year-end impairment testing, etc What do we expect from you?
